License Shall Be Displayed. Every license <br /> shall be kept conspicuously posted in the ,place <br /> for which the license is issued and shall 'be <br /> exhibited to any person upon request. <br /> 4 . License Restrictions . A license shall be <br /> issued subject to the following restrictions: <br /> a. No license shall be issued to any applicant <br /> for the sale of tobacco related products at any <br /> place other than her/his established place of <br /> business. <br /> b. No license shall be issued for the sale of <br /> tobacco related products at a movable place of <br /> business. <br /> c. No license shall be issued for the sale of <br /> tobacco related products at more than one place <br /> of business.. <br /> d. No person shall sell or dispense any tobacco <br /> product through the use of a vending machine. <br /> e . No person shall offer for sale any <br /> individually packaged tobacco product by means of <br /> self-service merchandising. <br /> f. Every licensee shall be responsible for the <br /> conduct of its employees while on the licensed <br /> premises and any sale or other disposition of <br /> tobacco products by an employee to a person under <br /> 18 years of age shall be considered an act of the <br /> licensee for purposes of imposing an <br /> administrative fine, license suspension, or <br /> revocation. <br /> 5. Tobacco Related Products - Sales to Minors. <br /> No person shall sell a tobacco related product to <br /> any person under eighteen years of age. Any <br /> person convicted of violating this section shall <br /> pay a fine of $25 for the first violation payable <br /> to the court. Any person convicted of violating <br /> this section twice within a 12 month period shall <br /> pay a fine not to exceed $100 payable to the <br /> court. Any person convicted of violating this <br /> section more than twice within a 12 month period <br /> shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. <br />
