Results: A letter report will be prepared which summarizes the results of the field work. <br /> The letter will discuss the extent of the wetland, the impact of the ponding <br /> behind the culvert on the wetlands, the impact of using the area as a sediment <br /> basin and the expected response of Rice Creek Watershed District on the project. <br /> 3. Meeting: We will meet with City staff to discuss the result of the preliminary assessment <br /> of the impacts on the wetlands. <br /> METHOD OF COMPENSATION <br /> For completion of the culvert crossing review for the City of Mounds View as identified in the <br /> Scope of Work, we propose you compensate us on a hourly basis plus reimbursable expenses <br /> as outline in our Letter of Agreement dated June 10, 1991. The compensation will need to be <br /> adjusted if further meetings are required with the City Council or RCWD. This contract does <br /> not include any engineering analysis of the culvert crossing or a detailed wetland investigation <br /> based on guidelines in the Wetland Conservation Act of 1991. The total project cost will not <br /> exceed 5750 for the tasks outlined in the above scope of work. <br /> CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> To complete_the above referenced document, the City will need to approve the letter agreement <br /> and review the results with SEH. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> We will complete the project within two weeks of being authorized to begin. As soon as we <br /> receive your authorization to proceed, we will schedule the field work.
