Wherever in this Section provision is made for authorization of an activity by permit, the granting and <br /> issuance of such permit shall be by the Director. <br /> B. A person seeking issuance of a permit shall file an application with the Director-. The application shall <br /> state; <br /> 1. Name and address of the applicant and the person sponsoring the activity if any. <br /> 2. The activity, time and area for which a permit is requested, <br /> 3. An estimate of the anticipated attendance, if applicable. <br /> 4. Any other information which the Director shall fmd reasonably necessary for a determination as <br /> to whether a permit should be issued. <br /> C. The Director shall issue a permit when he determines that: <br /> 1. The proposed activity or use will not interfere with or detract from the promotion of public health, <br /> welfare, safety, recreation or public enjoyment. <br /> 2. The proposed activity will not entail unusual, extraordinary, or burdensome expense for police <br /> protection by the City. <br /> 3. Any facilities desired have not been reserved for some other use at the time sought by applicant. <br /> 4. Payment of such fees as shall be prescribed by the Council from time to time by resolution has <br /> been made. <br /> Source: City Code <br /> Effective Date; 5-17-82 <br /> SECTION 9.05, UNIFORM FIRE CODE AND OTHER FIRE REGULATIONS. <br /> Subd. 1. Adoption. There is hereby adopted by the City for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing <br /> conditions hazardous to life and property from fire and explosion that certain code known as the Uniform Fire Code <br /> as promulgated by the International Conference of Building Officials and the Western Fire Chiefs Association, 1988 <br /> Edition("Uniform Fire Code") in the form and content as adopted and amended in parts 7510.3100 to 7510.3270 <br /> part 3280 subparts 2-5 thereof, Minnesota Rules, 1989, and amendments thereto adopted through September 25, <br /> 1989,known as the Minnesota Uniform Fire Code together with appendices I-A,I-C, I1-A,, II-B,II-C, II-D, <br /> V-A and VI-D of the Uniform Fire Code, hereinafter referred to as "MCXFC" and the whole thereof, save and <br /> except such portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified or amended by Subd. 6 of this Section of which code one <br /> (1)copy is on file in the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer; and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as <br /> fully as if set out at length herein, and from the date on which this Section shall take effect, the provisions thereof <br /> shall be controlling. <br /> 9-7 <br />
