Hill properties on the parcel referred to as the "Building N" site. <br /> Staff has reviewed the proposal against the requirements setforth in Title <br /> 1200, "Subdivisions" of the Municipal Code and found that it meets all <br /> provisions stipulated. The Mounds View Planning Commission has conducted <br /> their review of this proposal and recommended approval in Resolution No. <br /> 402-94 . <br /> For Council Consideration, Staff has drafted the attached Resolution No. <br /> 4648 approving the Preliminary Plat of Mounds View Business Park East 2nd <br /> Addition. <br /> (71 _- ---2) C____ <br /> /-/ . r .A.
