Sign placement was discussed and <br /> approved on Quincy, and an estimate was requested for the installation of <br /> warning lights on County Road- I . The estimate for this project is $10, 240 . <br /> Although control of the lights was discussed at the meeting, the estimate <br /> does not reflect control costs . It was strongly suggested that Pinewood <br /> School turn the lights on and off from inside the building. <br /> Staff is requesting additional direction from Council as to the <br /> implementation of this project . Plans and specifications will have to be <br /> drawn, and funding sources must be obtained, bearing in mind that Ramsey <br /> County will not participate in the funding for these lights. <br /> Staff seeks Council direction in this matter. <br /> Michael Ulrich, Director of Public Works <br /> RECOM ENDATION: <br />
