<br /> 1. DEFINITIONS
<br /> RELEASORS: For purposes of this Release, the term "RELEASORS" as used herein.
<br /> shall include Lateesa Agunbiade, Adewale Agunbiade and the State of
<br /> Minnesota, through the Department of Human Rights, and all of their
<br /> heirs, administrators, executors, successors, assigns, principals, agents,
<br /> servants, employees and legal representatives.
<br /> RELEASEES: For purposes of this Release, the term "RELEASEES" as used herein
<br /> shall include Jack Chambers, Larry Siluk, the League of Minnesota
<br /> Cities Insurance Trust and the City of Mounds View and all of their
<br /> heirs and their past, present and future officials, officers, directors,
<br /> attorneys, principals, representatives, administrators, executors,
<br /> successors and assigns, employees and agents.

<br /> SUBJECT CLAIMS: For purposes of this Release, the term "SUBJECT CLAIMS" as used
<br /> herein includes any and all claims, demands, liabilities, obligations,
<br /> actions or causes of actions of any nature whatsoever, whether or not
<br /> now known, suspected or claimed, including costs, disbursements and
<br /> expert fees, attorney's fees, penalties, expenses and compensation and
<br /> demands of whatsoever kind or nature on account of or in any way
<br /> growing out of all known and unknown damages, penalties, losses and •
<br /> claims of whatever nature, including compensatory, consequential or
<br /> punitive damages in any way involved or connected with or related to
<br /> the allegations set forth in the complaint entitled State of Minnesota. by
<br /> •
