MOUNDS VIEW ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION 9-94 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING REMOVAL OF OFFICE FOR 2 MEMBERS <br /> FROM THE ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY COMMISSION <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has approved the by-laws of the Environmental <br /> Quality Commission; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Environmental Quality Commission by-laws allow for an appointed <br /> member's removal by the City Council for non-attendance at Commission meetings if a <br /> Commissioner is absent from three consecutive meetings without consent from the Commission; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Commissioners James Mennell and Timothy Madsen have had unexcused <br /> absences from the last three consecutive meetings. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is the recommendation of the City of <br /> Mounds View's Environmental Quality Commission that the City Council approve the removal <br /> of two members from the Commission, leaving current committee membership at four (4) <br /> Commission members. <br /> Adopted this 18th day of October, 1994. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Chair <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Ci Staf <br />
