MOUNDS VIEW ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4-94 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING REQUIRING OWNERS OF MULTIPLE FAMILY <br /> BUILDINGS TO PROVIDE RECYCLING SERVICE TO THEIR TENANTS <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has endorsed the <br /> practice of recycling and proper waste management; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Environmental Quality Commission <br /> has reviewed the current Mounds View Municipal Code regarding <br /> recycling service in multiple family buildings; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Commission has determined that the current <br /> code does not adequately provide for this service in multiple <br /> family buildings. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> Environmental Quality Commission recommends that the City Council <br /> amend the current Municipal Code to provide for recycling in <br /> multiple family buildings. <br /> Adopted this 18th day of October, 1994. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> -4 // 12//9. <br /> Chair <br /> (SEAL) <br /> ti <br /> Cit /St ' f <br />
