Following the construction of a new garage on his <br /> property, Mr. McIntyre decided to utilize the old single stall garage as <br /> an accessory building. Chapter 1106. 04, Subdivision 7, of the Mounds View <br /> Municipal Code allows for accessory buildings up to 400 square feet in size <br /> with the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit. As proposed, the applicants <br /> request meets all requirements governing the issuance of Conditional Use <br /> Permits as outlined in Chapter 1125 of the Code. <br /> The Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed this item and recommended <br /> approval in Resolution No. 403-94.
