Chapter 1106. 04, Subdivision 7, of the <br /> Mounds View Municipal Code allows for accessory buildings up to 400 square <br /> feet in size with the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit. As proposed, <br /> the applicants request meets all requirements governing the issuance of <br /> Conditional Use Permits as outlined in Chapter 1125 of the Code. <br /> The Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed this item and recommended <br /> approval in Resolution No. 404-94 .
