The property located at 7604 <br /> Spring Lake Road has approached the City regarding the possibility of <br /> assessing the charge for hook-up. <br /> Staff has prepared all documents and sketches required to proceed with a <br /> special assessment. Upon consultation with the City Attorney and City <br /> Finance Director, a special assessment for the project appears to be the <br /> best alternative for bringing the property into conformance with the <br /> aforementioned codes. <br /> Attached to this memorandum you will find Feasibility Report Plans and <br /> Specifications for the project, a sketch of the proposed hook-up and, a <br /> petition and waiver requesting the assessment.
