The attached Certificate of Survey dated March 25, 1991, <br /> provides a visual depiction of the results of that Lot Combination. At the <br /> time of the Lot Combination, the representatives of the property had <br /> indicated to Staff that they would possibly consider subdividing Tract A <br /> at a later date. <br /> Recently, the representatives of the property contacted Staff and indicated <br /> that they would like to pursue the subdivision of Tract A. Staff has <br /> reviewed the request against the criteria outlined in Title 1200 of the <br /> Municipal Code covering subdivisions and found that the request is in <br /> conformance with those guidelines. <br /> Staff has put together a rendering of the proposed Subdivision for review <br /> by the Council. At the time of writing of this memorandum, Staff had not <br /> received a new Certificate of Survey from the property owners' surveyor. <br /> However, the surveyor has indicated to Staff verbally that a copy of the <br /> Certificate of Survey will be available for the meeting on Tuesday Evening. <br /> If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to give me a call. <br /> Paul Harrington, Commuy Development Coordinator <br /> J ECOMMENDATIONz <br /> Adopt Resolution No. 4672 approving a Minor Subdivision for the property <br /> located at 8300 Fairchild Avenue. <br />
