Since I started working for Mounds View I have responded to over 30 requests that would fit the criteria for
available space in Mounds View. There have been another 30 requests received that are not pertinent to Mounds View but
gives an general overview of the type of business growth in the Twin Cities area.
At the suggestion of the Mayor, Jeff Rageth, Executive Director and Deborah Barkley, Manager of Business Development will
give an overview of the various services that MEDP can provide for its members at the December work session.
The City of Mounds View is not a member at this time. Membership in MEDP could be a benefit to the City's economic
development efforts and marketing efforts. The services and expertise of MEDP could provide an added service to the retention
and expansion of local businesses and in the attraction of new businesses.
