for which the license is issued; <br /> (v. ) Who is residing with a person who has been <br /> denied a license by the city or any other <br /> Minnesota municipal corporation to operate an <br /> adult use-principal or adult-use accessory <br /> business, or residing with a person whose <br /> license to operate an adult use-accessory or <br /> adult use-principal business has been revoked <br /> within the preceeding twelve (12) months. <br /> (vi. )Who has not paid the license fee required by <br /> Section #??? (above section) . <br /> Subd. 6. PLACES INELIGIBLE FOR A LICENSE <br /> a. No license shall be granted for adult uses on any <br /> premises which has not been approved by the City's <br /> Health Official, fire department and the (who? City <br /> Administrator or his/her designee) as being in <br /> compliance with applicable laws and ordinances. <br /> All necessary inspections shall be completed within <br /> thirty (30) days from the date the application was <br /> submitted, provided the application contains all of <br /> the information required by this article. If the <br /> application is deficient, the necessary inspection <br /> shall be completed within thirty (30) days from the <br /> date the deficiency is corrected. <br /> b. The floor area to be occupied by the proposed adult <br /> use-principal shall be at least seven hundred fifty <br /> (750) feet from the nearest property line of any <br /> land in any residential zone, or any nearest <br /> property line of any land in any residential zone, <br /> or any school, day care, library, park, playground, <br /> or other public recreational facility in any zone, <br /> and at least seven hundred fifty (750) feet from <br /> the nearest property line of any religious <br /> institution. <br /> c. An adult-use principal business shall not be <br /> located within seven hundred fifty (750) feet of <br /> another adult use-principal business. <br /> d. No license shall be granted for adult uses on any <br /> premises where a licensee has been convicted of a <br /> violation of this section, or where any license <br /> hereunder has been revoked for cause, or until one <br /> (1) year has elapsed after such conviction or <br /> revocation.
