misdemeanor. <br /> Subd. 8 . BUILDING STANDARDS <br /> a. No person shall own, operate, manager, rent lease, <br /> or exercise control of any commercial building, <br /> structure, premises, or portion of part thereof, <br /> which contains: <br /> (i. ) Partitions between subdivisions of a room, <br /> portion or part of a building, structure, or <br /> premises having an aperture which is designed <br /> or constructed to facilitate sexual activity <br /> between persons on either side of the <br /> partition. <br /> (ii. ) Booths, stalls, or partitioned portions of a <br /> room, or individual rooms, used for the <br /> viewing of motion pictures or other forms of <br /> entertainment, having doors, curtains or <br /> portal partitions, unless such booths, stalls, <br /> partitioned portions of a room, or individual <br /> rooms so used shall have at least one side <br /> open to an adjacent public room. <br /> (iii) Any booths, stalls or aprtitioned portions of <br /> a room or individual rooms, used for the <br /> viewing of motion pictures or other forms of <br /> entertainment shall: <br /> (a. ) Be visible from a well-illuminated <br /> continuous main aisle; <br /> (b. ) Not be obscured by any curtains, door or <br /> other enclave; <br /> (c. ) Be without holes or openings in all side <br /> or rear walls or holes or openings in any <br /> other walls which are designed to allow <br /> persons to engage in specified sexual <br /> activities as specified in this section; <br /> (d. ) Not be occupied by more than one (1) <br /> person at a time; <br /> (e. ) Be illuminated by a light of no less than <br /> twenty-five (25) watts. <br /> b. All entrances and exits to businesses, with the <br /> exception of emergency fire exits which are not <br /> usable by patrons to enter the business, shall be <br /> visible from a public right-of-way.
