(iv. ) A licensee or an employee has <br /> knowingly(unknowingly?) allowed prostitution <br /> on the premises. <br /> (v. ) A licensee violating any of the provisions of <br /> MSA S 617.241 through MSA § 617.299 relating <br /> to the illegal distribution, possession or <br /> sale of obscene materials. <br /> (vi. ) A licensee or an employee knowingly <br /> (unknowingly?) operated the adult use business <br /> during a period of time when the licensee's <br /> license was suspended. <br /> (vii. )A licensee has been convicted of an offense <br /> listed in section # ( ? ) for <br /> which the time period request has not elapsed. <br /> (viii. )on two (2) or more occasions within a <br /> twelve-month period, a person or persons <br /> committed an offense occurring in or on the <br /> licensed premises of a crime listed in section <br /> # (?) for which a conviction has been <br /> obtained, and the persons or persons were <br /> employees of the adult use business at the <br /> time the offenses were committed. <br /> (ix. ) A licensee or an employee has knowingly <br /> (unknowingly?) allowed specified sexual <br /> activities to occur in or on the licensed <br /> premises. <br /> (x. ) A licensee is delinquent in payment to the <br /> county or state for hotel occupancy taxes, ad <br /> valorem taxes, or sales taxes related to the <br /> adult use business. Can we include this <br /> regulation? Ask Attorney <br /> b. The fact that a conviction is being appealed shall <br /> have no effect on the revocation of the license. <br /> c. Section # above does not apply to adult motels as a <br /> ground for revoking the license unless the licensee <br /> or employee knowingly allowed the act of sexual <br /> intercourse, sodomy, oral copulation, masturbation, <br /> or sexual contact to occur in a public place or <br /> within public view. <br /> d. When the city revokes a license, the revocation <br /> shall continue for two (2) years and the licensee <br /> shall not be issued an adult use business license <br /> for two (2) years from the date of revocation <br /> 20 <br />
