Determine if the City wishes to become the permitting authority for all water <br /> resources projects within the City, including permitting for the Wetland <br /> Conservation Act of 1991. <br /> 4. Pass a resolution which states how water resources related activities will be <br /> permitted in the City. <br /> Scope of Work <br /> The following tasks will be performed to provide the City'necessary tools to implement the <br /> LWMP: <br /> Task 1 - Ordinances <br /> Attend one Council work session and ttvo council meetings during the readings of the <br /> ordinance modifications. • <br /> Deliverables: None <br /> Task 2 - Amendments to the Local Water Management Plan <br /> A. Determine where the official copies of the LWMP are located. <br /> B. Submit a written request to the City staff which outlines the proposed plan <br /> amendments (Step 1 in the amendment process outlined in the LWMP, Request <br /> for Amendment). <br /> C. . After C aty staff approval, make the required modifications to the Local Water <br /> Management Plan and send to City staff and Council for review. <br /> D. Attend Council work session to describe required modifications and discuss if <br /> other changes to the plan are required at this time. <br /> E. Make modifications to plan based on City staff and Council recommendations. <br /> F. Attend Council work session and discuss final amendments to the plan. Get <br /> preliminary Council approval to submit the plan revisions to RCWD for review <br /> (Step 3 in the amendment process outlined in the LWMP, Council Consideration). <br /> G. Attend Council meeting for formal adoption of the changes to the LWMP and <br /> authorization by resolution for the revisions to be sent to RCWD for review (Step <br /> 4 in the amendment process outlined in the LWMP, Public Hearing). <br />
