There were none. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br /> 9 <br /> 10 Consideration of Resolution No. 4669 Approving the Conditional Use <br /> 11 Permit Request of Peter McIntyre, 2917 County Road H2 , for an <br /> 12 Oversized Accessory Building <br /> 13 <br /> 14 Mayor Linke opened the public hearing at 7: 05 p.m. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Paul Harrington, Community Development Coordinator, explained that <br /> 17 following the construction of a new garage on Peter McIntyre's <br /> 18 property, the old garage remains. Mr McIntyre has decided to <br /> 19 utilize the old garage, which is 308 square feet, as an accessory <br /> 20 building. Municipal Code allows for an accessory building up to <br /> 21 216 square feet in size with an over-the-counter building permit, <br /> 22 and an accessory building up to 400 square feet in size with the <br /> 23 issuance of a Conditional Use Permit. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Harrington commented that this item had been reviewed by the Mounds <br /> 26 View Planning Commission. Based on their review, the Planning <br /> 27 Commission has recommended approval of a Conditional Use Permit <br /> 28 with the following conditions: <br /> 29 <br /> 30 (1) The Conditional Use Permit shall be recorded with Ramsey <br /> 31 County. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 (2) The building shall be maintained to provide a uniform <br /> 34 appearance with the dwelling unit. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 (3) The accessory building does not exceed 400 square feet. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 (4) The only vehicles that may be stored in the accessory building <br /> 39 are licensed collector vehicles. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 (5) There shall be no improved driving surface leading up to the <br /> 42 accessory building. <br /> 43 <br /> 44 Harrington reported that he had prepared Resolution No. 4669 for <br /> 45 consideration of this item by the Council. <br /> 46 <br /> 47 Mr. Heitmiller, 7320 Knollwood Drive, asked if the standing <br /> 48 structure would remain in its present condition. <br /> 49 <br />
