Harrington introduced Jeff Roos, a representative <br /> rom McCombs, Frank, Roos Associates, Inc. on behalf of Harstad Companies, <br /> o go through the development request and Mr. Sabee, the City's consultant, <br /> rom Barr Engineering. Mr. Roos went through the development request and <br /> hat it entailed. <br />
