There were no representatives from the team at the meeting accept the resolution, therefore, Mayor Linke asked that the City Administrator deliver it to the team. Harrington introduced Jeff Roos, a representative rom McCombs, Frank, Roos Associates, Inc. on behalf of Harstad Companies, o go through the development request and Mr. Sabee, the City's consultant, rom Barr Engineering. Mr. Roos went through the development request and hat it entailed.
