Amendments tc <br /> resolution were made as follows: <br /> ▪ Request for a Major Subdivision and found that it does confcmf <br /> with all applicable sections of the Mounds View Municipal C-== <br /> • the Army Corps of Engineers and the City's Engineering Cons--= <br /> have reviewed the existing wetland boundary and found that a <br /> discrepancy does exist in the boundaries shown on the City's <br /> official Wetland Zoning Map. <br /> the City Council approves the Wetland Zoning District Amend-i== <br /> to the existing boundaries of Wetland No. 1-19 . <br /> the Developer must meet the conditions outlined in Chapter <br /> Subdivisions 1, 2, and 3 in order to obtain a wetland alterm= <br /> permit <br /> the City's Engineering Consultant has reviewed the developme <br /> proposed with regard to Chapter 48 . 06, Subdivisions 1, 2, a=f = <br /> and found that the request will meet or exceed the requireme <br /> contingent upon receipt of supporting information and apprc <br /> the same. <br /> the City Council approves the Wetland Alteration Permit bas_ <br /> the City Consultant Engineer's findings that the request doesm== <br /> or exceed the applicable sections of the Municipal Code. <br /> the Developer has requested a variance from the 100 foot we---- <br /> setback requirement. <br /> the City Council has reviewed this request and found that <br /> are not exceptional or extraordinary circumstances which <br /> this property which do not apply generally to other proper=,.== <br />
