This was done because of a property known as the Miller Proper <br /> and was done on the advice of an attorney. <br /> Councilmember Quick stated that the City has as much wetland if not more <br /> than before the development proposal. <br /> Mayor Linke actual amount of wetland being disturbed is less. <br /> ROLL CALL VOTE: <br /> Councilmember Wuori - aye <br /> Councilmember Quick - aye <br /> Councilmember Blanchard - aye <br /> Councilmember Rickaby - no <br /> Councilmember Linke - yes <br /> Motion Carried <br /> Me resolution passed on a 4/5 vote. The Major Subdivision portion of the <br /> .solution requires a second reading for final approval. Paul Harrington reviewed Staff Report No. 92-321C regarding <br /> a Request by Mounds View Antiques to Allow Off-Site Signage. <br /> Because of the length of forerunning public hearing, the <br /> representatives from Mounds View Antiques asked that this item be <br /> tabled to the July 27, 1992 meeting. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Wuori/Blanchard to table the request by Mounds <br /> View Antiques to Allow Off-Site Signage to the July 27, 1992 <br /> Council Meeting. <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
