. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 560 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 900 BY ESTABLISHING CHAPTER 911 <br /> ENTITLED, "PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMENT POLICY" <br /> The City Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> SECTION I. The Public Improvement Assessment Policy as presented on <br /> June 26, 1995 and on file in the Clerk-Administrator's office for public review is hereby <br /> adopted and shall become part of this ordinance. <br /> SECTION II. The Public Improvement Assessment Policy will become Chapter <br /> 911 of the Mounds View Municipal Code. <br /> SECTION III.
