Hill) <br /> * Additional financial information in terms of holder of mortgage <br /> and identification of all funding sources (i.e. SBA, TIF, <br /> traditional mortgage). <br /> * Private construction of the detention pond rather than as a <br /> City project (although funding for the construction is <br /> through TIF) <br /> Although the list of concerns and information needs appears lengthy, most of the <br /> items will be resolved very shortly.
