Locate large oaks that could potentially be damaged on the City property. <br /> Interiors <br /> 2. Developer to provide physical protection for these trees (tree clusters). <br /> 3. Landscape plan should provide for working the existing oak canopy into the new <br /> 111 Third Avenue South planting concept. Better choices for planting along south property line would be clustered 6' White <br /> 21 South Barstow Street Pine vs. Spruce, and American Linden vs. Ash, as presently shown.
