I spoke with other brokers in our
office and I also consulted the head of our development division; we all agreed that your pro sed
parking lot should be able to handle the parking requirements for a typical market transaction.
Obviously, your project will have: to appeal to companies with a moderate employee-count;
however,this is the type of tenant which is usually attracted to your type of facility.
Prior to joining United Properties,I worked for one of the Twin Cities' major industrial developers.
and parking issues were often times debated in our projects as well. City officials have a legitimate
concern in wanting to provide ample parking for a given project; however, it is important they look
at each project on a case-by-case basis. There is no reason why your parking provisions will not
provide adequate parking to the vast majority of the marketplace.
zrzaik
4
 r SP4
S fs°
•tt Moe
Commercial Real Esta ervices
612/893-8284
079540
3500 West 80th Street Minneapolis.Minnesota 55431 612 831-1000 Fax:612 893-8813
