Staff prepared informational <br /> brochure to House Tax Committee on Mounds View's use of <br /> TIF, distributed it to Committee members. <br /> * Employee insurance program converted from LOGIS to Public <br /> Employee Insurance Program (PEIP) at a substantial savings <br /> to City and employees. <br /> * Airport Task Force created to monitor progress on MAC's <br /> plans for upgrades to Anoka County/Blaine Airport. <br /> * MIS committee formed to explore City's communication and <br /> computer system and make recommendations to upgrades. <br /> * Mike Mueller hired as the new golf course superintendent after <br /> a recruitment and selection process. <br /> * Work began on 1995 Long Term Financial Plan with abridged format. <br /> MAY <br /> * Tim Cruikshank appointed Lauderdale City Administrator <br /> * 1996 Budget preparation began. <br /> RECOMMENDATION; <br />
