GOLF COURSE:
* The course and range has been busy with full reservation
schedules, which is great! The leagues have been going great.
Youth lessons and league play has continued. More and more
new customers continue to arrive for a round. Comments about
the course and range are very positive.
* The staff is continuing to become comfortable using the
computer system and are always coming up with new ideas on how
to make things run smoothly in the Clubhouse.
Mary S.
POLICE
* Kathy Bednar participated in last week's safety camp. Over
160 kids were instructed in bicycle safety.
* The Chief, Lt. and the investigators met with the Ramsey
County Attorney and her assistant. Many issues were
discussed. Particular focus was on Juvenile crime.
* We are having continuing problems with our fax machine. We
are having the drum replaced.
* The Chief will be out of town next week, "camping" north of
Brainerd.
* We've been trying to get Tom Baumgart into DARE Jr. High
training. Writing letters, asking special permission, etc.
Hopefully, he will begin his training in August.
* The Department was notified by MADD that they will again honor
Steve Geringer for making the most DWI arrests . Steve led the
Department with 17 arrests for 1994.
Tim Ramacher
