15. It is understood and hereby agreed by and between <br /> the parties hereto that any plans or data supplied by the City <br /> within or adjacent to said development site are approximations <br /> only and that the City explicitly does not pretend or guarantee <br /> or warrant any such plans or data to be either complete or <br /> correct. <br /> 16. The Developer shall not unnecessarily create, <br /> cause or suffer to exist or to continue to exist, any nuisance or <br /> hazard to persons or property within or adjacent to said site by <br /> reason of said public improvements, development of the site or <br /> other operations in respect thereof or permit its agents, <br /> engineers or contractors to do so. <br /> 17 . When applicable, three complete sets of plans and <br /> specifications or directions for any public improvement to be <br /> constructed on said site, each bearing the certificate and seal <br /> of a professional engineer duly registered in the State of <br /> Minnesota, shall be submitted to the City well in advance of the <br /> time proposed for commencing construction thereof. The City <br /> shall have a period of not less than thirty (30) days in which to <br /> examine and review the plans and specifications submitted by the <br /> Developer and to reply to the Developer with respect to the <br /> adequacy or inadequacy of the plans and specifications. Upon <br /> final approval of the plans and specifications and within a <br /> reasonable time following completion of the installation, the <br /> Developer shall furnish and deliver three sets of "as built" <br /> plans thereof to the City.
