the development site, as provided for in the Home Rule Charter <br /> and such other applicable ordinances and Minnesota Statutes. <br /> 19. The development site shall be developed as <br /> indicated on the site plan, referred to as Exhibit 1 and made a <br /> part of this agreement. The site plan and the development to be <br /> constructed thereon may be amended from time to time by the <br /> mutual written consent of the parties hereto, in conformance with <br /> the Municipal Code of the City. <br /> 20. In addition to all of the provisions recited <br /> hereinbefore, the Developer agrees to the following conditions as <br /> more fully set out in Exhibit 3 attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> 21. The provisions of this contract are severable, and <br /> it the event that any provision of this agreement is found <br /> invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and <br /> effect. <br /> 8 <br />
