Debbie <br /> Hamernick will be present at the September work session to review cost <br /> estimates and design options. She will have samples of what the banner could <br /> look like. I have called several Cities who have banners and will report my <br /> findings at the work session. <br /> In addition, I have discussed installation with the Fire Department and Public <br /> Works. The Fire Department is willing to volunte- -- - • - <br /> Ulrich is willing to assign public works staff to install the banners. <br /> If approved, it is anticipated to submit a variance to MnDot as soon as possible <br /> and have banners installed this fall. <br />
