<br /> The final product will be a written report which is based on information gathered from
<br /> community meetings and additional research.
<br /> The report will contain:
<br /> • a summary of community strengths and needs
<br /> • criteria and recommendations for reuse
<br /> • consensus on ideas for reuse, if any
<br /> • demographic information about the four communities*
<br /> • possibly, a s-.=, , - . - • • ... • • • --rns-from-particular-constituent
<br /> groups, such as low-income residents or youth.
<br /> *Demographic information will be collected with help from the Urban Coalition's Community Information
<br /> Clearinghouse program,which assists community organizations to gather and utilize census and other
<br /> demographic data.
<br /> Upon completion, the report will be presented to the Reutilization Committee, to inform its
<br /> planning efforts.
<br /> Anticipated Timeline for the Citizen Participation Process:
<br /> Community meeting refinement,preparation,publication 3/18-4/18
<br /> Hold 12-20 community meetings 4/18-6/16
<br /> Consolidate citizen input into final report form 6/17-7/8
<br /> Present final report to Reutilization Committee 7/9*
<br /> • Presentation date is tentative,based on the needs of the Reutilization Committee.
