Project Work Program <br /> B RW <br /> soj <br /> The following Work Program outlines the tasks required to fulfill the <br /> objectives of this project. The breakdown of tasks generally follows <br /> the task description prepared by the City, but elaborates on <br /> individual tasks to further define the effort required. The work <br /> would consists of the following basic tasks: <br /> Task A: BRIDGE TYPE AND FEASIBILITY STUDY <br /> Task B: BRIDGE DESIGN, PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS <br /> Task C: CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING <br /> Task A - Bridge Type Task A1.0 - Project Coordination <br /> Study and Feasibility <br /> Study Report Description: Maintain project control through internal team <br /> meetings, team meetings with City staff and <br /> through other forms of communication. <br /> Subtasks: • Schedule and conduct initial meeting of Project <br /> Team, City and possibly Mn/DOT staff. <br /> = Identify roles of key personnel and establish <br /> communication procedures <br /> - Review and concur with responsibilities of <br /> consultant and City <br /> V - Establish submittal requirements, review <br /> dates and overall project schedule <br /> • Establish need and frequency of ongoing <br /> Project Team meetings/ reviews. Participate <br /> in meetings and document meeting minutes. <br /> • Monitor progress and manage BRW staff and <br /> subconsultants. <br /> 4 <br /> Deliverables: Project Schedule - Chart <br /> Meeting Minutes - Memoranda <br /> Status Reports - Memoranda <br /> Key Staff: Ayaz, Mayes, Pakalns, BRW <br /> BRW, Inc.
