They are allocated when raises <br /> are granted or contracts approved. <br /> ANOKA <br /> If an item has not been budgeted, City Council can vote money to be allocated for it out of <br /> the City's Contingency Fund. <br /> 1995 Budget- $6,171,300 <br /> 1995 Contingency Fund- $20,000 (3% of budget) <br /> PLYMOUTH <br /> Contingency Fund allocation is based on a case by case basis depending on need. <br /> INVER GROVE HEIGHTS <br /> Council makes fund appropriations based upon a case by case approach. The need for the <br /> funds are limited through thoughtful financial planning. <br /> ST. LOUIS PARK <br /> Contingency Fund money allocation is under the discretion of Council when an <br /> unanticipated or emergency situation arises. <br /> NEW HOPE <br /> The City has a resolution designating reserve funds to cover shortages in revenue. <br /> HOPKINS <br /> Contingency funds are used with approval of the Council.
