RESOLUTION NO. 4810 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE POLICY FORCOUNCIL <br /> PARTICIPATION IN CABLE TV BROADCASTS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish a formal written policy regarding <br /> the Council's participation in Channel 16's Cable program, "View From the Mound". <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City Council in and for the City <br /> of Mounds View does hereby approve the following policy regarding Councilmember <br /> appearance on 'Mew From the Mound": <br /> 1. Councilmembers may appear only once after each election <br /> to the office of Councilmember or Mayor. <br /> 2. Any further appearances by any particular Councilmember shall be <br /> approved by the consensus of the full Council. <br /> Adopted this 11th day of September, 1995. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> City Administrator <br />
