The problem is that the <br /> 3 homeowners pay high taxes and they are not happy with the looks of the fence. She <br /> 4 noted however,that she would support the amendment, installing an additional 12 trees <br /> 5 at a cost of$200./tree because she feels it would improve the looks of the park and this is <br /> 6 important to her. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 Council member Blanchard stated she would not go along with the amendment as the city <br /> • . . .• , to e - • - •• -.
