The additions to Chapter 202 were the <br /> 33 costs of the reconstruction of streets and the percentages of that are proposed <br /> 34 to be assessed. These are as follows: <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Street reconstruction 50% <br /> 37 Street resurfacing 50% <br /> 38 Sidewalks 0% <br /> 39 Sealcoating/Mntce 0% <br /> 40 Water & Sewer Mns 50% <br /> 41 Water & Sewer Trunks 100% <br /> 42 Water & Sewer Service Line 100% <br /> 43 Surface Water Imp. 50% <br />
