This is defined 8 as things needed in the first season of operations. As of 9/11/95, there was 9 $86,830.95 in that fund. To date the city has not touched any of the 10 anticipated loan from the water fund. The city is trying very hard not to ever 11 touch that money and to make the course operate on those funds set aside for 12 it. The funds for the equipment were anticipated, however, we did not know 13 exactly what pieces of equipment would be needed. Ms. Orduno stated the 14 city is doing extremely well with operating and maintaining the course and she 15 is very pleased with Mr. Hammerschmidt. 16 17 MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Hankner to Authorize the Purchase of Golf Course 18 Maintenance Equipment for Winterizing the Golf Course. 19 20 Ms. Trude asked if other bids were received for this equipment. 21 22 Ms. Orduno stated yes, and that this is required as a part of the purchasing 23 policy. 24 25 VOTE: 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried 26 27 28 REPORTS: 29 30 1. She would like to 38 thank those representatives who have given of their time to attend 39 these meetings for the past year. The public meetings where the 40 public will be able to see the maps to be approved will be held 41 on October 14th at 9:00 a.m. and October 23rd at 7:00 p.m. (no 42 place designated to date). 43
