There was an amendment to this resolution, <br /> referring to the requirement of a feasibility study, as noted in Chapter <br /> 202 of the Municipal Code . Staff has thoroughly reviewed both Chapter 202 <br /> and the City Charter for a section acknowledging this feasibility study, <br /> none was found. <br /> The only document that requires a feasibility study for public improvements <br /> that are proposed to be assessed is in Chapter 429 of Minnesota State <br /> Statutes . Since the City Charter supersedes Chapter 429, there is no <br /> mention of a feasibility study in Chapter 202 . <br /> Staff deleted the reference to Chapter 202 in the resolution. The remaining <br /> verbiage is the same .
