County Road I to the north of the <br /> subject property provides a barrier which reduces impact in <br /> that direction, however. <br /> 5) The demonstrated need for such use <br /> Currently, only the Saturn dealership provides automotive <br /> repair service of the type being proposed. Although a number <br /> of home repair shops do exist within the City, they are <br /> considered non-conforming and are ordered to cease operation <br /> when discovered by the City. <br /> The Mounds View Planning Commission reviewed this request at their <br /> September 20, 1995 meeting and have recommended denial. Their <br /> decision was based on the current designation of the property <br /> indicated in the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> I have included all materials received as part of this application <br /> for your review. In addition, I have also included the <br /> Comprehensive Plan District map which the property is located in. <br /> Prepared for your consideration are two Resolutions <br /> (approval/denial) of the request.
