II. Any subcontractor to the City not <br /> complying with all applicable Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action <br /> laws, directives and regulations of the Federal, State and Local <br /> governing bodies or agencies thereof, specifically Minnesota <br /> Statutes 363 will be encouraged to come into compliance or risk the <br /> loss of future contracts . <br /> The City of Mounds View has appointed Lynnette Morgan, <br /> Administrative Aide, or whom shall ever replace and succeed her to <br /> manage the Equal Employment Opportunity Program. Responsibilities <br /> will include monitoring Equal Employment Opportunity activities and <br /> reporting effectiveness of this Affirmative Action Program, as <br /> required by Federal, State and Local agencies . The City Council <br /> will receive and review reports on the progress of the program.
