This property is located in Mounds View, Minnesota.
Our firm completed the delineation on May 11, 1995.
Wetlands on the property were classified according to "Wetlands of the
United States", as prepared by USFWS Circular 39, published 1971.
Wetland boundaries were delineated using the Federal Manual for
Identifying and Delineating Jurisdictional Wetlands", 1989.
It should be noted that although the actual delineation took place May 11,
1995, the site was visited on two occasions prior to this date by the
delineator. The reasons for this were to get a feel for the land as it
pertained to drainage in various conditions and dig a few test holes for
hydrology reasons.
The property contains one wetland covering a good portion of the SE
portion of the property. There is also a wetland edge along the entire
Western property Iine. An old road of some sort splits the property from
north to south. This road is comprised of a sandy fill material. This fill
material extends beyond the western border in a few places where you have
a good sized parcel of upland.
