REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR LEGAL SERVICES <br /> The City of Mounds View is requesting proposals from experienced law firms for general <br /> legal services rendered to the City. The firm requesting consideration should be aware <br /> that experience in the area of municipal law is a requirement. The applicant shall have <br /> sufficient resources to ensure that all of the demands of the City's legal needs will be met <br /> on a timely basis. <br /> A selection committee consisting of two City Councilmembers and the City Administrator <br /> will review all applicants and recommend three finalists to be interviewed no later than <br /> January 1, 1996. Representation will commence no later than March 1, 1996. The term <br /> of appointment will be subject to ongoing review and evaluation by the City Council and <br /> City Administrator. <br /> Included with this request are the following: <br /> 1. A description of the services to be provided in each <br /> category. <br /> 2. An outline of proposal requirements. <br /> 3. An overview of the legal services provided to the City during 1990 and <br /> 1991. <br /> 4.
