Additions to this chapter are: <br /> 1 . Improvement type and cost apportionment, this segment explained the <br /> method in which assessment costs would be determined for <br /> reconstruction projects and the percentage assessed. <br /> a. Street reconstruction, 50% <br /> b. Street resurfacing, 50% <br /> c. Sidewalks 0% <br /> d. Sealcoating / Mntce 0% <br /> e. Water & Sewer mains 50% <br /> f . Water & sewer trunks 100% to the benefitted district owners <br /> g. Water & sewer service 100% <br /> h. Surface Water Imp. 50% to the property owners, or 50% to <br /> the benefitted district owners <br /> 2 . Methods of assessments that would explain which kind of method or <br /> combination of methods would be utilized in determining how a project <br /> would be assessed. <br /> a. Unit assessment <br /> b. Area assessment <br /> c. Adjusted front footage (various lot sizes and dimensions) <br /> These are the additions to Chapter 202 and are underlined in the document . <br /> This will be the final reading of the ordinance, at which time Council may <br /> consider action on Ordinance No. 567 .
