Chapter 1106.04, <br /> Subdivision 6 of the Mounds View Municipal Code allows garages up to 1,264 <br /> square feet with the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit. Mr. Daniels' <br /> garage - which has already been constructed - totals 1,248 square feet. <br /> As constructed, the garage meets all applicable requirements of the <br /> Municipal Code including height, width, setbacks, etc. <br /> The Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed this request and <br /> recommended approval. Please note that their recommendation includes <br /> removal of a small (100 sq. ft. ) shed which is currently located on the <br /> property. The Municipal• Code states that when garages exceed 1,000 sq. <br /> ft. , no additional accessory buildings are allowed on the property. Staff <br /> has spoken with the applicant regarding this contingency and he has no <br /> problem with it. <br /> I have included all materials received as part of this application for your <br /> consideration.
