There were no <br /> 19 comments or requests. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br /> 22 <br /> 23 To Consider Certification of Delinquent Utility Bills, Tree Removal and Miscellaneous <br /> 24 Charges to Ramsey County for Collection with 1996 Property Taxes. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 Mayor Linke opened the Public Hearing at 7:05 p.m. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Ms. Tatarek noted the list of delinquent accounts which was provided in the Agenda <br /> 29 packet. She noted that letters were sent to those customers with delinquent bills to <br /> 30 inform them of the hearing and several of them provided payment in full. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Ms. Trude asked if Administrative fees have been added to the charges to help defray <br /> 33 administrative costs. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Ms. Tatarek explained that a 5% Administrative fee has been added as well as interest on <br /> 36 the amount due. <br /> 37 <br />
