In accordance with the City's 5 Step <br /> Compensation Policy, this position is due for a wage adjustment. <br /> Mr. Cruikshank is currently at Step 3, which is $3151.41/mo. His <br /> performance has been satisfactory and staff is recommending a wage <br /> adjustment to Step 4, $3326. 49/mo.
