The two quotes <br /> 4 which have been received for a new pump are as follows : <br /> 5 <br /> 6 Minnesota Petroleum Equipment $1,995 <br /> 7 Pump and Meter Supply $2,290 <br /> 8 <br /> 9 Ulrich requested the Council to consider awarding the purchase <br /> 10 of _-ew diesel pump to the—low bidder, Minnesota Petroleum <br /> - <br /> 11 Equipment, with funding to come from the Water, Wastewater and <br /> 12 Garage accounts . <br /> 13 <br /> 14 MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Trude to Award the Purchase of a New <br /> 15 Diesel Pump to the Low Bidder, Minnesota Petroleum Equipment <br /> 16 <br /> 17 VOTE : 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> 18 <br /> 19 REPORTS <br /> 20 <br /> 21 1. Report of Councilmembers : <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Councilmember Quick: No report. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Councilmember Blanchard said that Diane Wuori would be <br /> 26 missed. She wished everyone a happy holiday. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Councilmember Trude agreed that she had enjoyed working <br /> 29 with Diane Wuori for the past year and a half and looked <br /> 30 forward to working with her on future projects . Wuori ' s <br /> 31 wisdom was appreciated, along with her guidance in <br /> 32 various ways . <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Trude wished a Merry Christmas to everyone and suggested <br /> 35 a drive through the community to enjoy the holiday <br /> 36 lights . <br /> 37 <br /> 38 Councilmember Wuori thanked Staff members who have helped <br /> 39 her during the last eight years. She expressed <br /> 40 appreciation to the other Councilmembers and said she <br /> 41 will continue to give her services to the City. Wuori <br /> 42 said she has always been active in her community and <br /> 43 doesn' t intend to stop now. <br /> 44 <br /> 45 Report of Administrator: <br /> 46 <br /> 47 a. Samantha Orduno stated that she would not be saying good-bye <br /> 48 to Councilmember Wuori because she planned to continue working <br /> 49 with her on a variety of different projects . <br /> 50 <br />
