Any comments or concerns should be voiced at <br /> 32 the public hearing scheduled for February 27, 1995. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Mayor Linke read Item D. and remarked that Chapter 905 of the <br /> 35 Municipal Code Entitled, "Parks, Playgrounds and Recreation" <br /> 36 would be updated. He advised any interested residents to <br /> 37 bring their concerns to the public hearing which was also <br /> 38 scheduled for February 27, 1995. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 Mayor Linke read Item E. , Ordinance No. 553 , and Councilmember <br /> 41 Trude explained that this item was intended to bring Mounds <br /> 42 View current with Ramsey County in licensing tobacco vendors. <br /> 43 The only purpose of this Ordinance was to prevent tobacco <br /> 44 sales to minors. <br /> 45 <br /> 46 MOTION/SECOND: Trude/Hankner to Adopt Consent Agenda Items <br /> 47 C. , D. , and E. <br /> 48 <br /> 49 VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> 50 <br />
