ORDINANCE NO. 563 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW BY <br /> AMENDING CHAPTER 105, SECTION 105.04, SUBD. 3 ENTITLED, <br /> "AGENDA MEETINGS" <br /> The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> SEC I ICN1C-HAPTER 105, SECTION 1-05.04 MEETINGS <br /> Subd. 3. Agenda Meetings: Agenda meetings of the Council may be held on the <br /> first and third Mondays of each month at soven o'clock (7:00) P.M. a time set by Council <br /> Resolution at the Municipal Halt City Hall. The purpose of this the meeting , is to <br /> discuss and prepare the agenda for the regular meeting following. An agenda meeting <br /> may be called to order, and the regular business of the Council can be conducted if the <br /> Mayor and four (') three (3) Councilmembers are present at said meeting. <br /> SECTION II.
