RESOLUTION NO. 4781 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4741, A RESOLUTION ADOPTING <br /> THE 1995 LONG TERM FINANCIAL PLAN AND 1996 BUDGET CALENDARS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Charter prescribes the requirements for a <br /> budget-Calendar-under Section 7 : 04; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council adopted Resolution No. 4741, A <br /> Resolution Adopting The 1995 Long Term Financial Plan And The <br /> 1996 Budget Calendars on April 10 , 1995; and <br /> WHEREAS, conflicts, due to holidays and other meetings, have <br /> arisen with the original schedule; <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution 4741 is hereby <br /> amended and the following calendar adopted in its place . <br /> April 17, 1995 Staff submits first draft of Long Term <br /> Financial Plan to City Administrator and <br /> Finance Director for review. <br /> April 26 , 1995 Revised drafts of Long Term Financial Plan . <br /> submitted to City Administrator and Finance <br /> Director for review. <br /> May 8 , 1995 Final drafts of Long Term Financial Plan <br /> submitted to City Administrator and Finance <br /> Director for review. <br /> June 5 , 1995 Draft of Long Term Financial Plan submitted <br /> to Council for review (Special Meeting 5 : 30 - <br /> 7 : 00 p.m. prior to Agenda Session Meeting) <br /> June 19 & 20, First Round Department Budget Discussions <br /> 1995 with City Administrator and Finance Director <br /> June 26, 1995 Council/Staff Long Term Financial Plan Work <br /> Session (Special Meeting 6 : 00 p.m. ) <br /> Revenue Estimate and First Draft of Budget <br /> submitted to Council <br /> July 5 & 6 , Second Round Meetings with Departments, <br /> 1995 City Administrator and Finance Director to <br /> review and adjust Draft Budget <br /> July 10 , 1995 Special Budget Work Session ; - 6 : 00 p.m. <br /> Second Draft of Budget <br />
